What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can combine leasing, customer engagement, and content creation to grow occupancy, retention, and brand visibility.

At Legend Management Group, I manage the full leasing lifecycle, from prospect tours and screening verification to lease preparation and move-ins. I was named 2023 Leasing Consultant of the Year for exceeding customer service expectations and achieving leasing performance goals.

I build resident relationships to support retention and renewals, conduct marketing outreach, create newsletters and promotional materials, and use RealPage to manage daily leasing operations. I also produce and edit Realync video tours, conduct market surveys and marketing audits, and ensure practices comply with Fair Housing regulations.

Alongside leasing, I helped launch OnlyKale by developing Instagram and TikTok content, influencer marketing, email strategy, packaging collaboration, and brand storytelling. I've also created video content for FCGB Soccer Club and bring prior experience managing high-value property claims at Chubb Insurance.
