Maintain up-to-date CRM system data while adhering to goals and key performance indicators. Assist with marketing and recruiting events throughout the year. Promote and create brand awareness while assisting the events team with outbound reach to potential students. Work closely with both Lafayette and Seattle staff to assist students through the application to enrollment cycle.

Drive sales process using CRM to achieve sales goals and deliver customer service. Meet and exceed sales goals that were given monthly and quarterly.
Assist with the home process from building to closing working alongside permitting superintendent, mortgage, and title. Work independently with limited Guest contact and supervision.

Work turnaround time of 24-48 hours with client responses and enrollments with customer service.
Assist with the implementation of new accounts and carry ownership of them. Manage school accounts with 50-650 enrolled members with enrollments, renewals, and invoicing. Carry a work ethic within the remote setting and assist team members when needed.

Strive for 100% occupancy by utilizing the leasing system CRM. Create marketing outreach for the property & complete admin reports. Have customer service, and accommodate resident requests and work orders. Assist the Community Manager & be the direct supervisor for team members.
