What I'm looking for

I seek guest-focused hospitality roles where I can lead teams, manage operations, ensure food safety (ServSafe), and grow my culinary management skills in a collaborative, multicultural environment.

I am a Culinary Arts Management graduate with practical experience in food production, customer service, and restaurant operations.

I managed a college restaurant and served as Restaurant Manager at the University of the West Indies Open Campus, handling cash and inventory, training staff, and coordinating front- and back-of-house operations.

I interned at MCI CAFÉ from May 2024 – August 2024, preparing and serving a variety of meals in a fast-paced café environment while developing organization and multitasking skills.

Certified with ServSafe Manager Certification and recognized on the Dean's List, I bring a guest-first mentality, multicultural communication rooted in my Jamaican upbringing, and a strong work ethic eager to grow in hospitality management roles.
