I’m a hospitality professional currently working as a Cook at beef o’ brady’s, where I lead the kitchen by calling out tickets and ensuring high quality food.

Before this, I served as GENERAL MANAGER at JUST LOVE COFFEE café, managing a restaurant with more than 20 employees. I handled cash, problem solving, scheduling, ordering food and supplies, and inventory control to keep operations running smoothly.

Earlier, I was an ASSISTANT District Manager at Minit Mart, managing a store with more than 20 employees and later a district with more than 100 employees and 11 General Managers. I managed recruiting, loss prevention, delegation, balancing store sales and funds daily, and writing and understanding reports dealing with P&Ls, shrink, and sales.

I’m Serv Safe Certified (2020-2024) and I also brought leadership experience through roles like Student Manager at WKU Athletics, including uniform inventory, video editing, and uniform maintenance. I’m driven by clear communication, accountability, and delivering consistent results.
