I am looking for a role that fosters collaboration and supports strategic HR initiatives.

I am an accomplished HR leader with a strong track record in employee relations, talent management, and workforce planning. My experience spans over 15 years, during which I have successfully developed strategic HR initiatives that enhance engagement and optimize performance across organizations. Currently, I lead enterprise-wide training programs for over 11,000 employees at NAVWAR HQ, where I have implemented innovative learning management systems and established coaching communities to foster leadership capabilities.

Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to building strong stakeholder relationships and implementing inclusive workplace strategies.
