What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote bilingual customer service or support role where I can contribute my communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.

I've assisted international guests at Boyne Mountain Resort in Michigan, providing directions, lift access, and resort information in English and Spanish.

I help maintain safe, efficient guest flow in high-volume environments while adapting to changing needs, weather conditions, and daily operations. My event experience also includes assisting attendees, monitoring areas, and coordinating initial first-aid support during unexpected situations.

As a laboratory intern at Clínica de la Piel, I supported the preparation, weighing, labeling, and organization of dermocosmetic products while following biosafety procedures.

I'm currently studying Pharmacy and Biochemistry and bring strong customer service, teamwork, organization, and communication skills to remote bilingual support opportunities.
