What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can support customers in English and Spanish, solve questions through calls, chats, or email, and continue developing my customer care and travel-service experience.

I've supported Spanish-speaking U.S. citizens as a bilingual medical interpreter at Teleperformance, helping communication between patients and English-speaking doctors.

At GetYourGuide and Priceline, I handled English-language customer care across calls, chats, and email, including refunds, scheduling, special questions, and flight support. At Priceline, I worked with GDS programs including Galileo and Farelogix.

I'm currently studying Architecture and Urbanism at Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru, with knowledge of BIM, Autodesk, and SketchUp. I bring patience, adaptability, and a serious commitment to customer care.
