I’m a senior talent acquisition professional with 8+ years of full life cycle recruiting for Vice Presidents through individual contributors across multiple locations. I bring deep expertise in MSP/VMS environments and direct sourcing strategies, paired with strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

I’m adept in every stage of hiring—sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, salary negotiations, and closing—with a proven ability to successfully source passive candidates. I use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, Zip Recruiter, GitHub/AngelList, Stack overflow, and other sourcing tools to build high-quality pipelines.

In my recruiting roles, I’ve managed multiple searches and client relationships while maintaining strong interview-to-offer conversion. I also handle ATS updates, background verifications coordination, and hiring documentation in partnership with HR to keep processes consistent and compliant.

Most recently, I’ve expanded my scope into business development, using market research, lead generation, pipeline management, and customer relationship building to drive growth.
