I’m looking for a role where I can own end-to-end IT hiring, lead teams, and use recruitment analytics to optimize pipelines. I thrive when I’m the client-facing recruitment partner and can drive measurable improvements in time-to-fill and hiring accuracy.

I’m a Talent Acquisition professional with 9+ years of experience executing end-to-end IT hiring strategies across corporate and staffing environments. I focus on full-cycle recruitment, client handling, vendor management, and team leadership, with experience managing a team of 10+ recruiters.

In my recent role, I led end-to-end recruitment pipelines across diverse IT roles—sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, and onboarding—while acting as the primary client-facing point of contact. I coordinated staffing vendors and external agencies to supplement internal sourcing for high-priority and hard-to-fill requisitions.

I also bring a strong operations and analytics mindset. I leveraged iCIMS and SuccessFactors to track data validation, generate analytics reports, and forecast quarterly hiring needs with approximately 90% accuracy, while monitoring pipeline metrics and delivering weekly MIS reports.

Across enterprise accounts, I’ve worked to reduce time-to-fill (from 45 to 38 days) and successfully placed candidates across complex technical domains such as Cloud infrastructure, Cybersecurity, DevOps, Full Stack, and Testing.
