I’m a Product Manager who brings hands-on healthcare software experience to every stage of delivery, from requirements gathering to software implementation and documentation. Since Jan 2021, I’ve worked full-time as a Product Manager at Cedar Gate Technologies.
Previously, I served as a Product Manager at Deerwalk Inc. (Jan 2018–Jan 2021), where I applied strategic thinking, project implementation, and customer service to support product outcomes. Earlier roles deepened my analytics and reporting mindset through frequent chart-, graph-, and table-based deliverables.
At Charlotte Eye Ear Nose & Throat Associates, P.A. (CEENTA), I advanced from Patient Representative to EMR Specialist, to Statistical Analysis Specialist, and then to Epic Report Developer—ultimately serving as Co-Director of Epic Implementation. I obtained Epic certifications including Cogito Project Manager, Reporting Workbench, Radar, and Clarity Data Model, and I helped standardize workflows through training and updated documentation.
I’m energized by turning complex systems into clear, actionable reporting, dashboards, and templates. I enjoy collaborating across stakeholders, using tools like Microsoft Excel and SQL-based methods, and leading problem-solving efforts that improve clinic operations and user efficiency.
