At eCaring, I own product strategy and the roadmap for a home care platform that scaled from 3 pilot agencies to 60+ agencies and 30,000+ caregivers. I launched a GPS- and geofence-verified mobile app for caregiver visits and integrated four major EVV aggregators, supporting compliance and more than $1M in monthly claims processing.
At Fresenius Medical Care, I built an automated billing engine that turned an unprofitable hospital-contract dialysis unit profitable, generating $2M in year one and $10M over four years. I also built an EMR-integrated scheduling system that avoided $2M in annual nursing overtime and eliminated $450K in annual vendor fees.
My work spans healthcare technology and financial services, including HL7 data integrations at American Pathology Partners and process improvement at TIAA, where I led LEAN initiatives across 20+ teams. I use data to understand business and customer needs, and bring a financial perspective to identifying cost savings and growth opportunities.
