I am a clinical product owner and healthcare IT professional with deep experience implementing and optimizing Electronic Health Records (Cerner Millennium, MHS GENESIS, Dentrix) across military and VA systems. I blend clinical background as a dentist with product ownership, process improvement, and large-scale program management to align EMR functionality with real-world patient care and operational goals.

My career highlights include leading backlog and sprint activities, authoring user stories and acceptance criteria, driving UAT with clinicians, and managing cross-functional teams and offshore development to deliver interoperability solutions (HL7→FHIR, DICOM, pharmacy, telehealth).
