I’m looking for a role where I can deliver efficient customer service in a fast-paced environment, solve issues clearly, and meet performance and quality standards—using strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving to support customers.

I’m a customer service professional with experience handling inquiries and support through phone and digital platforms. I’m motivated and dependable, with a strong focus on issue resolution, retail sales, and technical assistance.

In fast-paced, high-volume environments, I maintain professional communication while meeting performance communication skills and quality standards. I accurately document customer interactions to support positive customer experiences and follow company policies and procedures.

I’ve also supported sales and service in retail electronics and device repair settings—explaining products and repair services clearly, processing transactions, and assisting daily store operations. Earlier, as an assistant technician, I helped with basic diagnostics and repairs while keeping the shop organized and supporting technicians with tools and parts.
