I’m looking for a role where I can lead data-driven operations and projects, apply analytics and KYC/regulatory expertise, and build high-performing teams that deliver measurable growth and customer impact.

I’m an Operations Analyst/Manager with 1 8 + years of experience building winning teams across banking, insurance, and corrections. At US Bank, I organized team participation on data calculations, created Power Apps to support CDIRA departmental goals, and solved complex problems.

I secured over $23M in deposit funding and improved CD funding rates from 54% to 90%, then helped green-light a national team using new revenue metrics.
