The Malin is a work-focused member's club, known in the industry for its unparalleled level of design. As Workspace Manager, I work alongside the General Manager to grow our membership base as well as maintain the brand’s high standards of quality, cleanliness, and hospitality. I also acted as Interim General Manager for four months while my current GM was away on maternity leave.

Worked directly with the lead designer in the special projects department on digital renderings for the Lil Nas X Montero tour, starting with hand drawings during the initial design phase and then highly detailed digital illustrations of the tour's many looks through the execution phase and subsequent run.

HaE is an online legal staffing platform. As CSM, I managed client accounts from sign-up to quarterly check-ins after hiring, coached clients on how to navigate system and find proper candidates, and oversaw Support team and inbox communications. As a small company, I was also entrusted with designing creative assets for the website/marketing materials and certain web page designs.

I maintain a boutique art and illustration practice specializing in fashion illustration, architectural rendering, portraiture, and design.

Worked as a go-to "roving" concierge, expertly curating experiences for a variety of lifestyles, from midtown to the Upper East Side. Duties included: arranging reservations, coordinating transportation, maintaining extensive knowledge of the city and guiding guests toward having the best possible
experience in NYC. Position eliminated due to COVID-19 hotel closures.

Became a trusted member of The NoMad Hotel and Freehand Hotel teams, helping to
create the culture, knowledge base, protocol, and team spirit during the opening of both hotels and onward. Duties included guest check-in, securing reservations, arranging transportation, phone operation and delicately handling guest issues.
