I'm looking for a people operations, HRIS, or customer experience role where I can improve high-volume workflows, maintain accurate employee data, resolve complex inquiries, and strengthen service delivery.

I'm currently supporting resident experience at SNS Management, where I coordinate administrative, operational, and onboarding functions across complex client and tenant accounts.

Previously at U.S. Bank, I managed high-volume Workday transactions, resolved escalated customer and employee inquiries, and delivered ad-hoc reporting to support operational decisions and quality metrics.

I've also led onboarding, orientation, training, life-cycle support, and administrative operations at Courtyard by Marriott, while independently managing client communications, bookings, and digital storefront workflows as a freelance creative manager and artist.
