What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote-friendly role where I can support customers confidently, manage tasks and timelines, and solve problems quickly—while growing my UX/UI skills in a digital, client-focused environment.

I’m a Customer Support Specialist with experience in customer service, administrative support, and client communication, built through hotel front-desk work and hands-on support roles. I bring C1 English and a communication style that helps clients feel heard and resolved.

I enjoy managing tasks and timelines with structure—handling reservations and schedules, addressing concerns, and coordinating effective problem resolution. I also adapt to different needs, whether I’m supporting students with tailored materials or coaching groups and tracking progress.

Right now, I’m training in UX/UI Design, and I’m especially interested in digital environments and remote work. I’m motivated by roles where I can combine strong support skills with an evolving product mindset to deliver a better client experience.
