I’m a project and program management leader with 20+ years driving cross-functional execution, operational excellence, and large-scale process improvement across manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and technology-driven environments. I bring structure to complex organizations as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, translating executive priorities into measurable operational results across operations, R&D, IT, quality, supply chain, sales, and field teams.
Most recently, I’ve served as the organization’s sole Project Manager for enterprise initiatives across operations, R&D, IT, product development, and warehousing, delivering executive visibility into scope, timing, risks, and dependencies. I built a company-wide SOP and leader standard work program, directed program management for three new gaming product launches, and led a system-wide field upgrade covering 4,000+ units. Earlier, at PACCAR Parts, I led Six Sigma and Kaizen efforts that improved productivity and quality, ensured 100% Six Sigma belt utilization year after year, and raised inventory accuracy to 99.94% while strengthening vendor compliance and auditing. I also established safety leadership (including Dupont Velocity Safety methodology) and founded/chair my organization’s safety team to reduce incidents and strengthen safety culture.
