At Pacific Energy Concepts, I led a nationwide Operations department delivering more than 600 projects annually, representing over $60M in annual revenue. I scaled the Project Management organization from 5 to 17 team members and built operational processes, SOPs, and KPI reporting.

I directed the enterprise migration from Smartsheet to Wrike, including implementation, training, and organization-wide adoption. I also oversaw lighting retrofit, EVSE, and energy monitoring projects across multiple U.S. regions.

Earlier at Pacific Energy Concepts, I managed complex retrofit and EVSE projects and led facility energy audits. At CDS Logistics, I managed distribution operations and improved warehouse workflows, accuracy, and on-time performance.
