I’m a leasing and customer-experience professional based in Urban Honolulu, Hawaii, currently working in leasing roles for Brookfield Properties and as a Leasing Consultant. I bring a consistent focus on smooth rentals, strong client communication, and dependable support from start to finish.

Across my roles, I’ve built strengths in property management and property leasing while delivering high-quality customer service training. I also apply technical support and customer support practices to resolve issues effectively, and I prioritize customer experience management and customer retention through consistent follow-through, organization, and clear communication.

My experience also spans concierge and customer-facing roles, including client relations, security, and coordination work. Earlier positions—including customer service sales, customer service representation, insurance agent work, and administrative support—strengthened my ability to stay detail-oriented, handle diverse needs, and maintain a helpful, professional presence.

Beyond my direct customer service and leasing background, I studied chemistry at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, which reinforced my approach to careful thinking and reliability. I’m motivated by opportunities where I can combine property-focused customer service with continuous improvement, strong communication, and a commitment to keeping clients informed and supported.
