I’m looking to join a successful team where I can expand my knowledge and skills. I want a role where I can manage multiple priorities, stay proactive with customers and residents, and keep improving to deliver exceptional results.

I’m a Leasing Manager who thrives on building strong resident experiences while driving measurable occupancy results. I oversee leasing and marketing for student housing properties to ensure maximum occupancy and resident retention.

I lead leasing teams, implement marketing strategies, and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to lease execution. I also manage leasing administration end-to-end, including data entry and lease document preparation, to keep the process accurate and efficient.

Previously, as a Leasing Coordinator, I supported the Community Manager by handling office building operations and resident move-in/move-out procedures. I created maintenance work orders, received rent payments, assigned parking, answered emails and calls, scheduled appointments, and coordinated property tours—earning a promotion to Leasing Coordinator within 6 months.

Earlier in my career, I combined customer service with operational leadership through roles like Crew Lead, Wash Crew/Maintenance (Supervisor), Guest Ambassador, and part-time Photographer.
