At AltaPointe Health, I provide desk-side and remote support for internal users. I install and maintain end-user hardware and software, and manage mobile devices with Hexnode MDM.
I also image and provision computers to prepare them for deployment.
At ST Engineering - Mobile Aerospace Engineering (MAE), I supported end users with hardware and software issues. I managed user accounts and IT access using Active Directory and Microsoft Azure.
On my ongoing Home Lab – Enterprise-Style IT Infrastructure project, I built a segmented VLAN environment, deployed an Active Directory domain controller, and implemented file services.
