What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a 100% remote customer service or email support role where I can use clear communication, attention to detail, technical aptitude, and a service-focused approach to improve customer experiences.

I've supported customers across pharmacy, retail, and supermarket environments, resolving inquiries, assisting with orders, processing POS transactions, and maintaining accurate digital records.
