I’m a Help Desk and IT Support professional with a background that blends hands-on hardware/software troubleshooting and customer-focused service. I’m also a certified Pre Press Technician, and I’ve built strong communication skills through long-term retail and technical roles.

Most recently, I’ve worked as a Help Desk Analyst at Starbucks (contract), where I focused on delivering reliable technical support and resolving issues efficiently. Prior to that, I served as an IT Support Analyst at Lowe’s Companies, Inc. in the Charlotte Metro area, strengthening my desktop support, troubleshooting, and knowledge acquisition while using Microsoft Office and data analysis to support day-to-day operations.

I was contracted as a First Responder Tech Specialist at Ricoh USA under the Wells Fargo account, supporting real-time technology needs and customer relations. I also managed 200+ devices inventory, combining technical problem-solving with organized service delivery.

Alongside IT, I’m currently working part time as a Junior Editor with One Point Productions, producing content for various YouTubers. I excel in one on one customer service and public speaking, and I’m well versed with both Apple and Windows hardware and software—plus I’m a fast learner.
