I am a dedicated customer service representative with over five years of experience working in high-volume call center environments, where I consistently used clear communication, active listening and empathy to resolve inquiries promptly and accurately.

Previously at Agero I handled roadside assistance calls—locating vehicles, contacting service providers, and delivering calm, solution-focused support.
