I am an IT Support Specialist with over 20 years of experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for various hardware and software systems. My career began with an internship at Bytes Technologies, where I gained hands-on experience in desktop support and network infrastructure repairs. Over the years, I have honed my skills in remote desktop support, hardware troubleshooting, and managing complex IT environments.

At Synchrony Bank, I advanced my career as a Service Desk Analyst, where I provided support for virtual machines and managed Multi-Factor Authentication systems. My role involved collaborating with different teams to resolve technical issues and ensuring seamless connectivity for users. Currently, I am a Helpdesk Technician at ACORA Managed Services, where I utilize various remote tools to assist users and troubleshoot a wide range of IT problems, from hardware issues to software configurations.
