What I'm looking for

I'm looking to expand my skills repertoire in information technology, particularly in networking and systems administration, while continuing to support users across Apple, Windows, and Linux environments.

At Cuyahoga Community College, I manage a fleet of more than 1,300 Apple devices as a PC Network Technician and Apple Support Specialist. I support Apple-environment software including Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Unity, Logic Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.

I've built hands-on desktop support experience troubleshooting Windows hardware and software, resolving tickets, and supporting end users. My work has also developed my knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, networking, systems administration, Jamf, and Intune.

I enjoy expanding my IT skills while delivering dependable support across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments. I also bring experience building and repairing PCs, maintaining home networks, and working calmly in fast-paced settings.
