I’m a Learning & Development Specialist with a Master’s degree in Curriculum & Instruction, specializing in instructional design, workforce development, and technology-enhanced learning. I build training programs that align to organizational goals, support leadership initiatives, and improve real onboarding outcomes.

In my recent work at Alterman Inc., I led the design and delivery of workforce training, managed internship development, and conducted learning needs analysis to identify gaps and deliver targeted solutions. I also evaluate program effectiveness through feedback for continuous improvement and partner with leadership to align training with business priorities.

Earlier, I applied instructional design methodologies to develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline), and I previously taught 6th–7th grade math using data-driven instruction and technology tools. I bring a consistent approach: analyze needs, design engaging learning experiences, and leverage emerging tools to maximize engagement and readiness.
