I am a dedicated researcher with extensive experience in socio-economic and political analysis, particularly within Kazakhstan. My academic background includes a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University, where I focused on International Policy and Development. Over the years, I have contributed to various research projects that address pressing issues in the region, such as community-oriented policing and the socio-economic landscape of Almaty.

Throughout my career, I have held significant roles, including Head of Research at the Center for Information and Analysis under the government of Almaty, where I managed a team and conducted critical analyses that informed local government policies.
