Message

At Institute for War & Peace Reporting (IWPR), I managed the design, launch, and implementation of a U.S. Department of State-funded regional project across five Central Asian countries. I led a cross-functional international team and contributed to the growth of a community of 18,000+ members.

I planned, coordinated, and delivered 70+ regional events that engaged 10,000+ participants, and developed the strategy for a regional mentorship program. I also oversaw the development and launch of the website and community forum and produced narrative and MEL reports for donors.

My work has included promoting Kazakhstan-Germany economic cooperation, supporting Kazakhstan’s higher education internationalization strategy, and analyzing the country’s National Innovation System. I’ve also developed communication strategies, national branding materials, and reports for institutional and public-sector projects.
