I seek roles blending health economics/HEOR and policy advisory work with opportunities to apply AI data annotation/QA skills, influence national health financing, and drive evidence-based decisions.

I am a health economist and HEOR consultant with extensive experience in health financing, economic modelling, and national health policy development. I have developed over 14 cost-effectiveness models, published in Value in Health, and led strategy, KPI, and governance work for Kazakhstan's Social Health Insurance Fund.

I combine domain expertise in public health and health economics with practical AI data work — translation evaluation, audio/video annotation, QA, and localization — supporting machine learning projects while advising the Ministry of Health and international organizations on health financing reforms.
