Currently, I am involved in creating animated videos for various purposes, utilizing tools such as Bazart, Procreate, and Canva. My experience spans over a decade, during which I have successfully implemented numerous social, cultural, and educational initiatives, showcasing my ability to blend creative and analytical approaches.

My academic journey includes a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Nazarbayev University, where I honed my skills in research and project management. I have developed and written research methodologies, conducted literature reviews, and prepared analytical reports. My passion for education and creativity drives me to design and conduct interviews, surveys, and feedback forms, ensuring that I gather valuable insights for my projects.

As an active participant in various leadership programs and forums, including the UN Leadership Program and the 8th UN Global Forum, I have had the opportunity to share my knowledge and experiences on international platforms.
