I seek a hands-on hospitality role focused on events and guest experience within a collaborative, service-driven team offering growth and opportunities to improve operations.

I am a dynamic, people-oriented hospitality professional with over three years of hands-on experience in events, guest experience, and front office operations. Trained in catering and accommodation, I combine operational discipline with a warm guest-facing approach.

In my current role as Hospitality & Events Manager I lead planning and execution of corporate and private events, supervise kitchen and housekeeping teams, and oversee daily meal production to ensure consistency and timely service. I have driven improvements in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency through hands-on leadership and attention to detail.

Previously I managed front-desk inquiries, clerical functions, and quality-control for bookbinding operations, and I led event coordination and customer experience for private and corporate clients. My background includes a trainee chef placement and volunteer work supporting youth training and practical skills sessions.

I work well in vibrant, community-driven environments and bring strong skills in event coordination, customer service and administrative support. I am committed to creating memorable guest experiences while maintaining high standards of food presentation, cleanliness, and team performance.
