I've led operations, supply chain, and transformation programs across EMEA, turning strategic priorities into commercial growth, scalable delivery, and stronger operating systems.

As an independent Senior Program Manager and Interim COO, I built AI-enabled planning cadences, managed procurement programs up to €5M per client, and scaled client turnover from €10,000 to more than €5M annually. I also grew logistics revenue from €2M to over €10M in 24 months and automated quote-to-delivery workflows from two to 20 qualified opportunities per month.

At WST LLC, I helped grow annual revenue from $1M to $10M, built international manufacturer partnerships across Turkey, Finland, and China, and delivered the Shurtan Gas Chemical Complex project in 18 months rather than the planned three years.

Previously, at UralTechFilter-Engineering, I increased turnover from €1.3M to over €3.5M, redesigned commercial processes, and reduced quote-to-proposal lead times from weeks to days.
