I've built and run businesses across trade, production, and logistics for more than 15 years, then brought that hands-on operating experience into IT at Itransition Group.
At Itransition, I launched a new regional office from the ground up and grew it into the company’s second-largest location among six offices within its first year. I helped scale operations toward a distributed structure of 300+ people while connecting business development, recruitment, onboarding, delivery, finance, and client-facing teams.
I work best where operations are complex or fragmented: creating repeatable hiring and delivery processes, aligning stakeholders, allocating teams, and turning unclear activity into a predictable operating model.
I'm especially interested in Web3, blockchain infrastructure, AI-enabled operations, and digital ecosystems where technology, people, and execution come together.
