I’m looking for a remote-first team where I can own L1/L2 support and systems operations, improve SaaS access and reliability, and use Python automation and AI tools to speed up resolution and enhance user experience.

I’m an IT Support and Systems Operations professional with 15+ years of experience providing technical support, systems administration, SaaS platform support, infrastructure management, and end-user troubleshooting across multi-entity organizations.

I’ve delivered Level 1 and Level 2 support for hardware, software, networking, and web-based applications, with strong ownership of root cause analysis, remote support for distributed users, and operational continuity.

I support Windows and Linux environments, handle user account administration and Identity & Access Management, and manage network troubleshooting, NAS backup & recovery, and system monitoring to protect availability and business continuity.

Recently, I’ve expanded my toolkit through Google IT Support and automation certifications and hands-on projects like Python + Streamlit troubleshooting tools and PC monitoring dashboards, so I can improve efficiency with automation, AI, and modern support workflows.
