I’m a dedicated and passionate HR / PO Specialist with 5 years experience, specialising in organisational development / effectiveness and HR Generalist initiatives. I combine strong HR operational support with a continuous-improvement mindset to help teams perform at their best.

As a Senior People Operations Specialist at Sporty Group (South Africa), I handle the employee lifecycle—onboarding, contract and structural changes, terminations, and offboarding—and serve as the first point of contact for HR queries. I collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and global HR teams to manage probation cycles, performance management support, policy communication, and employee record maintenance.

Before that, I served as a People Operations Specialist (Sporty Group) and as an Organisational Development Specialist at the South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC). I research, design, and develop OD processes to address organisation-wide challenges, including Performance and Talent Management, stakeholder-aligned change initiatives, and organisation-wide frameworks, models, and assessment tools.

I also bring training and enablement experience from my OD internship at SABC, including facilitating individual, team, and organisational interventions and training employees on systems such as SAP SuccessFactors. I’m at my best when partnering across functions, building capability in managers, and ensuring HR programmes deliver effectiveness and efficiency.
