I seek a role where I can drive employee engagement and wellness, lead HR process improvements, collaborate with leaders, and support talent development in a values-driven organisation.

I am a dynamic, people-focused HR professional with extensive experience in employee engagement, recruitment, training coordination, and organisational development within the healthcare sector. I focus on aligning HR delivery with business objectives to support frontline leaders and multidisciplinary teams.

At group level I have led the design and rollout of employee wellness and engagement initiatives across multiple sites, driven HR process improvement (including a paperless employee file transition), and chaired the Head Office Consultative Forum to represent staff in strategic discussions. I have managed end-to-end recruitment, coordinated induction and training, and supported performance improvement and organisational redesign.
