What I'm looking for

A Chief of Staff, Business Operations, RevOps, or FP&A role at a remote-friendly, growing company where I can bring executive trust, KPI ownership, and systems thinking to a leadership team.

I'm a business operations and executive support leader with 7+ years building the systems, KPIs, and trust that let commercial leadership move faster with better information.

I built a Planning & Analysis function from scratch, including a sales performance workbook that exposed real limitations in our CRM, evidence I used to help drive a company-wide platform migration. I own KPI design and forecasting for a full commercial unit, hold quota accountability across the team, and I'm trusted to represent our CCO's position and run the Business Unit during his absences.

Beyond the core role, I lead recurring audits across commercial and systems discrepancies, own our CRM architecture, facilitate our team's hiring lifecycle, and run annual learning and enablement planning.

I'm an active advocate for agentic AI and automation, using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot to turn recurring manual work into self-running systems.
