What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver customer support with reliability, while growing into technical work. I want to apply my communication strengths and hands-on mechanical experience, and build further with Generative AI and cloud-security foundations.

I’m a Customer Support Executive with 2 years 6 months of dealership experience, focused on delivering consistent, high-quality support. I handle customer queries and complaints professionally and coordinate service needs to keep experiences smooth and reliable.

Before that, I worked as a Mechanical Technician for 6 months, supporting mechanical maintenance and repair tasks. I also contributed to quality checks and day-to-day workshop operations, strengthening my hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance mindset.

Recently, I completed training in Generative AI and “Trust and Security with Google Cloud,” along with software engineering fundamentals through a job simulation. I’m quick to learn new technical concepts and committed to applying both customer-first communication and emerging technical skills to support organizational goals.
