At Capgemini India, I managed operations for the PBS SAP business unit, tracking new joiners, billability, and senior-level resource demand. I built Power BI dashboards that gave PBS leadership and staffing teams visibility into these needs.
For SAP Project CHS, I managed PMO operations including FTE forecasting, timecard compliance, and onshore-offshore coordination. I also prepared staffing reports and forecasts and maintained project documentation.
In Capgemini’s IBM alliance work, I supported referral, resell, and funding programmes across EMEA and drove margin contribution for the Apps UK business. I managed deal registrations, funding requests, and reimbursement processes, and created reports to track partner-related financial inflows.
