I've completed dietitian internships at D.M. Hospital in Behala, Kolkata, and KIMS Hospital in Alisha, Purba Bardhaman, where I was recognized with certificates of excellence and internship performance.

I'm completing an M.Sc. in Nutrition and Public Health at The University of Burdwan after earning a B.Sc. in Food and Nutrition (Honours) from Kazi Nazrul University. My work covers dietary management, personalized diet charts, health coaching, therapeutic diets, counselling, and nutrition education.

I've researched the therapeutic efficacy and risks of overusing zinc management in long-COVID patients and developed a project on food-labeling standards and consumer awareness. I have also contributed to community outreach educating primary school students and their mothers.

I bring knowledge of FSSAI regulatory frameworks, food fortification guidelines, nutritional epidemiology, survey design, quantitative data collection, and research documentation, supported by Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation skills.
