I am a passionate nutritionist with an A+ in B.Sc. Nutrition and Dietetics and currently pursuing an M.Sc. in Food Service Management and Dietetics from IGNOU. I focus on evidence-based, practical nutrition solutions for individuals and communities.

I completed internships at Terna Multi Specialty Hospital and Befit Ladies Only Gym, where I conducted dietary assessments, created individualized meal plans, and assisted in diabetes and weight-management counseling. These roles gave me hands-on experience in both clinical and community nutrition settings.

I have organized and led outreach and awareness initiatives including Breastfeeding Week, Anaemia drives, Nutri Carnival Fest, Nutri-fest for rural communities, and school counselling for children and parents. I also provided meal planning support for NCC cadets and actively participated in National Nutrition Week.

I bring strengths in nutritional counselling, medical nutrition therapy, meal and recipe planning, research, and nutrition education, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva. I approach work with a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a practical commitment to improving health outcomes.
