Nehreen Taj

I am a motivated M.Sc. Nutrition and Dietetics student with a strong foundation in human nutrition, clinical dietetics, and community health. I bring a research-driven, detail-oriented approach and practical experience from hospital-based dietetic internships.

During clinical placements I supported therapeutic diet planning, conducted nutritional assessments for inpatients, assisted in outpatient counselling for lifestyle disorders (diabetes, obesity, hypertension, PCOS), and participated in food service management tasks including menu planning, portion control and quality assurance.

I am proficient in nutritional assessment, medical nutrition therapy, meal planning, counseling, and familiar with public health programs (ICDS, Mid-Day Meal). I work well in multidisciplinary teams and am eager to apply my skills to improve community health outcomes through evidence-based nutrition practice.
