I am a senior operations leader with 20+ years of experience scaling mission-driven organizations across consulting, nonprofit, and entrepreneurial sectors. I build high-performing remote teams, establish repeatable processes, and align strategy with execution to drive measurable outcomes.

At Growth Era I redesigned operations and implemented analytics and talent lifecycle programs, driving 260% revenue growth in one year and standing up a Customer Success department of 10+ FTEs.
