What I'm looking for

I'm looking to translate complex B2B products into customer-focused stories, messaging, and go-to-market content while collaborating closely with Product, Sales, Design, and Marketing teams.

At Scone, I translate complex SaaS, sustainability, and financial technology concepts into product messaging, thought leadership, sales enablement, and educational content for enterprise banking and insurance customers.

I’ve improved a banking customer journey to an 81% completion rate and led an insurance activation pilot to 41% DAU, +45 NPS, and 71% WAU. I also led Scone’s B Corp certification from initiation through approval, coordinating stakeholders and turning sustainability requirements into company-wide processes.

Previously, I led content strategy and digital projects for international B2B clients at Eo Ipso Communications, built global communications campaigns at UNV, and produced audience-focused television news in Brazil. I bring 10+ years across content marketing, product marketing, communications, and journalism, grounded in customer insights and cross-functional collaboration.
