At Figuring Out with Raj Shamani, I supported the launch of a media and brand-building vertical for founders and brands. I researched markets, spoke with prospective clients, and developed growth and content positioning strategies based on their goals.

I also developed scalable outbound systems by automating lead sourcing and outreach. Before that, as People & Culture Lead at Figuring Out with Raj Shamani, I led people operations and built hiring systems and talent pipelines.
