I am a science-trained program manager who has spent 4+ years at the intersection of academic mentorship, EdTech operations, and consultative sales. Today I run Prep Your PhD, where I have guided 10+ MSc students through the fully funded PhD application process, co-delivered 15+ webinars, and helped 4 students secure positions across Europe through structured mentorship and zero-budget outreach that drives 15+ qualified leads every month.

Before this, I onboarded 100+ merchants at PhonePe and consistently exceeded sales targets at Byju's while mentoring 150+ students at Oda Classes, giving me a rare combination of commercial discipline and genuine teaching instinct.

What ties all of it together is a belief that knowledge is most powerful when it is made accessible, and that the right guidance at the right moment can change the entire direction of a person's career. I am now seeking program management or learning operations role at a growth-stage EdTech or science education organization where I can bring both the operator and the mentor to the table.
