I'm an HR Generalist with an MBA in Human Resource Management from Andhra University (CGPA 8.60, First Class with Distinction), currently running end-to-end HR operations for two business units, Warehouses and Laboratories, across 19 states in India. I process monthly payroll for ~1,200 employees through HRMS, including LOP/LWP verification, attendance reconciliation and workflow audits, and I manage PF/ESIC compliance, UAN/ESIC capture at onboarding and monthly statutory data sharing with vendors. I handle the full employee lifecycle from onboarding and HR documentation to probation confirmations and exit and FnF processing. I have built and implemented a Compensation & Benefits framework covering pay structure, benefits and gratuity, redrafted all HR letter templates (offer, relieving, PIP, increment and transfer), managed five vendor streams (HRMS, PF/ESIC, email, GPA/GMC insurance and BGV) and prepared twice-monthly HR MIS reports. Before this, I completed HR internships at UIDAI, HPCL and Marvelous Coach, working on capacity building and competency mapping, attendance and payroll data validation, and performance management system rollout for 1,000+ employees. I'm looking for HR Generalist, HR Operations, Payroll & Compliance and HR Shared Services roles, including international opportunities, and I'm open to relocation with a 30-day notice period.
