I’m looking for a customer-centric role where I can lead consultative sales support and after-sales relationship management—handling escalations, objections, and retention with clear communication, targets, and growth opportunities.

I’m an Automobile Engineering graduate with 10+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, upselling, and after-sales relationship management across premium international BPOs and locally run businesses in Himachal Pradesh. I build trust fast by educating customers, handling objections with empathy, and closing value-based sales that protect long-term relationships. In previous roles, I’ve driven strong outcomes such as >95% First Call Resolution, 84% CSAT (YTD), and ~20% upsell conversion. I have extensive experience in handling customers from various time zones and through various communication channels like voice, chat and email.

My work centers on escalations, service coordination, and complaint resolution—whether it’s supporting international clients, managing sensitive cases, or ensuring a smooth post-sale journey.
